Food for Thought – Ketogenic Diet

We are increasing the focus of powerful cancer fighting foods for Christina. Our focus will be on consuming a diet containing an adequate amount of proteins, healthy fats, low carbohydrates and no sugar. Below you will find the recipes Christina has selected and we are requesting for the food train moving forward. Turkey bacon should be substituted for pork bacon, ground turkey for ground beef, turkey sausage instead of pork sausage and chicken breasts for any red meat.
