3 medium sweet yellow onion, peeled and roughly chopped
2 medium leeks
2 shallots
10 cloves garlic
6 cups chicken broth
1 medium cauliflower
2 medium potatoes
2 medium parsnips
4 red peppers
avocado
pico de gallo
cilantro
green onions
lettuce
tomato
frozen corn
edamame
4-8 chicken breasts
1.5 cup quinoa
2 can black beans
1 jar salsa
taco shells (soft or hard, whatever your preference)
burrito shells
½ cup Feta cheese
shredded cheddar
sour cream
taco seasoning
salt
white pepper
EVOO
Lemon juice
Soy sauce
Dijon mustard
