On the go egg cups

6 Eggs

2 cups of diced/chopped vegetables of your choice (1 cup each). My favorite is bell peppers and spinach.

1 cup turkey bacon or sausage. Cooked and chopped/crumbled.

1/2 cup shredded cheese.

Prepare a 12 spot muffin pan with cooking spray. I use a silicon muffin pan.

Preheat the oven to 350 degree.

Beat the eggs and add the vegetables, meat and cheese to them.

Ladle the egg mixture into the prepared muffin tin pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
