1 lb ground turkey
1 small apple, chopped
½ small onion, chopped
½ cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of ground pepper
1. Preheat oven to 425°. Grease muffing cups.
2. Combine turkey, apple, onion, oats, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Press into prepared muffin cups.
3. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink in the center.
4. Top with cranberry sauce.
