Layer in a bowl:

 – 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
– 1/2 cup shredded chicken
– 1/4 cup black beans
– 1/2 cup pico de gallo
– 1/4 cup corn
– 1/2 avocado
– 1/8-1/4 cup shredded cheddar
