Sweet Potato and Green Bean Quinoa

2 cups cooked quinoa
2 medium roasted sweet potato, cubed
1 cup chopped fresh green beans
2 T dried cranberries
1/4 cup roasted walnuts
1 small white onion, chopped
Sea salt and black pepper
5 T extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and drizzle with olive oil.
